Priority areas in employer and labour market issues
SRO works to create a unified strategy for member shipping companies in two key focus areas: ensuring fair working conditions and promoting a sustainable and competitive shipping market. Through collaboration with various stakeholders, we strive to strengthen the shipping sector as an attractive employer and long-term partner in the labour market.

SRO’s mission is to pursue a common agenda for the member shipping companies within four focus areas.
SRO currently represents eight companies, Donsötank, Furetank, Northern Offshore Services, OljOla, Sirius Shipping, Terntank, Veritas Tankers, and Älvtank.
